Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support the collection of data for updates, calculations, and the configuration of compensation and benefits through the Foundation Tables. This includes gathering information from ICSC, UNDP, and One HR to assist HR Operations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Regional and Country Offices, as well as HRAU, to manage changes in the base source data for compensation and benefits.
  • Compare historical and current data to track trends, monitor changes in salary scales, and inform Regional and Country Offices to confirm implementation dates.
  • Support the National HR Officer (ERP Solutions) in testing changes and collaborating with technical resources prior to production deployment.
  • Maintain accurate information on benefits and compensation (such as post adjustment, R&R, hardship, etc.) on the intranet by updating relevant tables.
