- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding workflows, including digital provisioning and virtual orientation.
- Manage HR shared inboxes and ticketing systems; resolve queries promptly.
- Support benefits administration and global compliance audits (ISO, SOC2, GDPR).
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones using smart scheduling tools.
- Post job descriptions on ATS and external platforms; ensure brand consistency.
- Manage candidate communications and pre-boarding tasks.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain dashboards for data-driven insights.
