Clear Water Academy is accepting applications for the position of Human Resources and Payroll Administrator. This role is responsible for the effective management of payroll, employee contracts, employee benefits, pension administration, and human resource functions for the school. This position supports faculty and staff by ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with employment standards, administration of employee benefits, and management of Alberta Teachers’ Retirement Fund (ATRF) pension reporting and contributions for teaching staff. The successful candidate will uphold the values and mission of the Catholic school community while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a high level of service to employees. This part-time position will begin immediately.
