Human Resources Analyst

Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Analyst will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to assist in the development and administration of personnel programs and services, recruitment and selection activities, new employee onboarding, job classification and employee training programs support. Other duties may include supporting special HR events and providing assistance to all HR customers
HR Analyst Responsibilities:
- Collecting data on payroll outputs, employment records, and exit interviews.
- Prepare training and education programs as well as prepare manuals and support materials for the programs
- Support the logistics of internal, external and foreign courses work closely with HR team
- Coordinate audiovisual materials, rooms, stationery, etc.
- Record life insurance forms for employees
- Prepare and administrate badge for all employees.
- Coordinate the supply of cafeteria for human resources and plant.
