Established HR Technology professional assembles, reviews, and analyzes HR Technology requirements. Conducts analysis and participates in audits and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support internal customers, understanding business objectives and delivering insights to advise on workforce decisions.
- Use PowerBI to create intuitive, visually appealing dashboards to present data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities for report automation or self‑service, shifting the focus of work to more strategic consulting support.
- Champion self‑service metrics, empowering clients with fast access to data.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover insightful trends across the human resource function. EX: attrition, talent acquisition, talent management, learning, diversity, employee listening.
