Your Next Challenge:

• Reporting to the General Supervisor, Human Resources, you will assist her in all activities related to human resources management.
• You will be actively involved in attraction activities and human resources projects.
• Act as an advisor to managers, ensuring objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
• Answer employee questions regarding policies, benefits, various leaves, and changes to their records.
• Advise managers on the application of programs, policies, practices, and the company’s management philosophy.
• Carry out the onboarding and integration of new employees and follow up.
• Visit various projects located in Quebec, Ontario, and Nunavut.
