One of our clients, a major oil and gas company has tasked us with identifying a Senior HR Generalist to support their Calgary-based operations, working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, on an initial 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. This role will support a client group of approximately 130 employees and act as a key partner to the business on all people-related matters.
Main Function
- Interpret and ensure compliance with HR policies, company processes, and applicable employment law
- Partner with management on employee and labor relations matter
- Conduct internal investigations as assigned by HR leadershi
- Act as the first point of contact for line managers regarding employee relations issues, inquiries, and complaint
