HR Advisor / HR Generalist

Location: Erdington, Birmingham (Hybrid 2-3 days in the office)

Pay: £35,000 per annum (Pro Rata for 9 months)

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor / Generalist on a 9 month fixed term contract. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in supporting managers, leafing on employee relations work casework and helping to deliver a high-quality HR service across the organisation. You will also support the development of managers through delivering HR and employment law workshops, helping to build confidence and capability across all levels of leadership.
