The Human Resources Administrator role provides high-volume, detail-oriented HR administrative support focusing on onboarding, payroll coordination, and HRIS maintenance. This 15‑month contract position involves ensuring timely, accurate employee lifecycle transactions and improving onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all required documents, approvals, and pre‑employment requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Initiate and track onboarding tasks in the HRIS; ensure completeness of new hire records prior to Day 1.
- Coordinate first‑day readiness with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners such as IT, Security/Site Access, and Payroll.
