:Reporting to the Human Resources General Supervisor you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient functioning of the Human Resources department with a focus on HRIS administration. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Process, verify, and update documentation related to HR activities such as legal employee documents, recruitment, performance management, statistics, and salary administration;
Input payroll changes in Success Factors accurately and timely according to payroll deadlines;
Ensure the integrity of Success Factors data through standard auditing practices;
Provide support to the recruitment process with the on-boarding of new employees;
