Human Resources & Administration Specialist (Pudahuel)

International logistics company is looking for a Human Resources & Administration Specialist with advanced English skills.

Location: Pudahuel, Santiago de Chile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency – ability to conduct oral and written conversations with no difficulties.
• Advanced knowledge of and familiarity with local labor laws.
• Willingness to travel.
• Mandarin language skills desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Administration, Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development and Organizational Psychology, Regulatory Compliance (Employment Law), Conflict Management and Discipline Techniques, and Talent Management.
• Living close to the workplace.
