You will provide comprehensive HR services and administrative support for our operations in Pakistan. You will drive the local talent strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure that all office administrative processes run efficiently and remain cost-effective.

What you'll do

Human Resources Management

• You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.
• You will partner with leaders to implement talent reviews, performance management, and workforce planning.
• You will manage the monthly payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.
• You will ensure all HR policies align with Pakistan’s labor laws and corporate guidelines.
• You will develop and implement HR plans to drive employee engagement and a positive company culture.
