Responsibilities
- Reports to the Admin/HR Manager
- Full spectrum of HR functions for site office manpower
- Management of Site Manpower
- Manpower mobilization planning (work permits/Spass/EP)
- Calculation/Preparation of each employee’s salary, benefits and other claims
- Employment contract preparation & other employment letters
- Provide advice to staff / worker regarding the HR policies and procedures
- Liaise with Branch office, onsite departments & HQ when necessary
- Other General affairs & administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration
- Similar Experience in Roles & Responsibilities
- At least 5 years’ working experience in the same role managing more than 1000 employees of various nationalities and culture
- Candidates should possess experience in the project site office set up
