Human Resource Senior/Associate (Grant Management)

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Associate / Senior Associate to manage Expenditure of Manpower (EOM) related to external research grants and support payroll operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with numbers, analysing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all EOM related grant activities, liaising with both external stakeholders (grantors and appointed auditors) and internal stakeholders (Finance, Office of Research, and Principal Investigators).
• Ensure accurate EOM charging with proper approvals
• Reconcile EOM postings and resolve incorrect or outstanding charges.
• Submit EOM claims timely and accurately.
• Coordinate EOM audits and respond to audit queries.
