Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all HR Operations for Nidec Drives in Mexico, including full cycle talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and ensuring compliance with all country regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise, train and develop the human resources team in Mexico.
Manage the full cycle recruiting process for Mexico hourly and salaried teams ensuring staffing needs are met according to company processes.
Work with leadership to develop a workforce plan and ensure implementation.
Administer benefit programs in Mexico in partnership with the Global HR Team, ensuring thorough employee communication and satisfaction.
Manage the Mexico HRIS system ensuring records are maintained and updated.
Work with payroll to ensure accurate time reporting, employee deductions and payments.
