Requirement:
- Leads departmental
operations, supervises staff, and ensures departmental goals are
achieved. - Responsible for KPI delivery,
productivity, and compliance. - Accountable for
department-level performance, talent development, and QCDSM
improvement while ensuring compliance with QMS, EMS, OHS, IMS, and
RBA. - Head the Talent Acquisition &
Employee Services section, supervising staff and ensuring smooth
daily operations. - Oversee recruitment, employee
movement, and employee welfare services (canteen, uniform,
transport, hostel, foreign workers). - Ensure
compliance with company policies, labor law, and immigration
requirements. - Manage vendors and service
providers, ensuring contract compliance and service
quality. - Control department activities within
approved budgets and policies. - Ensure timely
recruitment and onboarding to meet manpower
needs.
