POSITION PROFILE:

Based in: Singapore

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

. Recruits and interview candidates or workers for overseas countries such as Bangladesh, Indian and China

. To review and performance appraisal for overseas projects/ subsidiaries

. Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, recruitment and rewards strategies

. End-to-end recruitment process, from crafting of job descriptions, to recommending the appropriate selection and assessment of candidates, etc. You will need to have a good grasp of the school's business needs to recruit the right candidates.

. Assists the each site foreman to deal with all problems of workers,Provide advice to them and manage the activities pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline
