Responsibilities
- Drive manpower development goals in designated markets through agent expansion and agent management
- Manage the full recruitment process, including applications, interviews, and onboarding arrangements
- Maintain and safeguard company personnel records to ensure completeness and confidentiality
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency
- Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance in foreign worker recruitment
- Minimum of a recognized diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources or foreign worker recruitment
- Familiarity with EduTrust (Standard 3) and agent management systems is an added advantage
