. Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interview arrangements & follow-up with candidates.
. Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters & other HR-related documents.
. Conduct onboarding & ensure new employees complete all required documentation.
. Maintain& update employee records, personal files, leave records, attendance & HR databases.
. Support monthly payroll preparation, including checking attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions & other payroll-related information.
. Assist with work pass matters, renewals, applications, cancellations & related MOM submissions.
. Coordinate training arrangements & maintain training records.
. Support performance appraisal, confirmation, increment, bonus & promotion exercises.
