Job Description:
- Provide support to Location Managers and Country HR teams in implementing HR strategies
- Collaborate with Country HR teams to ensure alignment with global HR policies and local labor regulations
- Support manpower planning reviews and preparation of HR reports
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and background checks
- Assist in regional employer branding initiatives
- Support employee engagement surveys and focus group discussions
- Contribute to change management and organizational development initiatives
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and provide basic counselling support
