Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Manila, Philippines. This role supports HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance with local labor regulations while serving as a trusted point of contact for team members and people leaders. The successful candidate will oversee employment documentation, contract administration, employee movements, onboarding and offboarding activities, leave management, and HR record maintenance. This individual will coordinate with internal HR teams and external vendors to support accurate reporting, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all employees receive timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR support while maintaining compliance with company policies and Philippine labor requirements.
