Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will partner with internal and external stakeholders to support the full spectrum of HR functions for Thye Hua Kwan Nursing Home, delivering first-line HR advisory and coordination across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning, engagement, and HR reporting.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth staffing transitions
- Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding trackers to provide timely information to hiring managers
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, employee benefits, leave administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Administer HR records and update HRIS accurately to maintain complete employee data
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and support disciplinary and grievance procedures to uphold workplace harmony
