We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage the complete recruitment process and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and basic knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and employee management. Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Accounts, HR, Customer Support, and other roles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate the hiring process. Follow up with candidates until joining and maintain a healthy joining ratio.
