The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters within the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters.
Qualifications
- Experience: Three (3) years of related experience.
- License: Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Education: Undergraduate degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Regulatory: Licensed and in good standing with a regulatory body, if applicable.
