Strategic Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of the Human Resources strategy ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives and business priorities. Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement and organizational development. Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures, frameworks and governance standards in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery, employee experience and operational efficiency.
