The Challenges

Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring high-quality candidate recommendations.

Coordinate smooth onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and integration of new hires into the company culture.

Facilitate offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and maintaining a positive exit experience for departing employees.

Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.

What It Takes
