About the company
Established in Devonport, Tasmania in May 1984, the company has grown from a single-container operation shipping chilled produce on the Empress of Australia to one of Australia's leading independent freight forwarding companies. As a proudly Tasmanian-owned business — and one of the very few freight forwarders not controlled by a multinational — we now operate seven transport depots across Devonport, Hobart, Launceston, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide, with a major agency in Perth.
Today, the company employs over 200 permanent staff and more than 40 subcontractors, handling all types of cargo with the sole exception of new furniture. Under the continued leadership of Managing Director Kerry Gibson, whose vision and dedication have driven our success for over 30 years, we remain committed to delivering fast, efficient freight services while investing in the people who make it possible.
