Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in HR Projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support in HR daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies & regulations.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related filed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
- Eager to learn and able to work independently or in a team.
