The Human Factors discipline plays a critical role in enhancing safety and operational efficiency by ensuring that AHE products, services, and processes are designed with full consideration of human performance and limitations.
Mission
Bring Human Factors expertise to complex and critical cockpit designs, technologies, and operational functions.
Ensure human-centric design by minimizing the risk of error and maintaining acceptable workload across all flight phases.
Supporting effective responses to both normal and abnormal situations.
Enhancing pilot performance and flight deck usability.
Improvement of safety and efficiency.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Design a HFE/HMI for the requested functions, in conjunction with design responsible, architects, test pilots and the end-customer.
