Job Description

The Human Factors discipline plays a critical role in enhancing safety and operational efficiency by ensuring that AHE products, services, and processes are designed with full consideration of human performance and limitations.

Mission

  • Bring Human Factors expertise to complex and critical cockpit designs, technologies, and operational functions.
  • Ensure human-centric design by minimizing the risk of error and maintaining acceptable workload across all flight phases.
  • Supporting effective responses to both normal and abnormal situations.
  • Enhancing pilot performance and flight deck usability.
  • Improvement of safety and efficiency.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Design a HFE/HMI for the requested functions, in conjunction with design responsible, architects, test pilots and the end-customer.
