- Design and configure customized reporting solutions to deliver real‑time insights on workforce trends, enabling strategic and data‑driven human capital decisions.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI and the broader Power Platform to interpret complex datasets and produce detailed reports that support operational and business planning.
- Maintain data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports, performing regression testing, and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness.
