Seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, Staffing, Reporting, and Integrations. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday HCM solutions while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and related modules.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure Business Processes, Security, Organizations, and Staffing models.
Develop calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and EIB integrations.
Support implementations, enhancements, testing (SIT/UAT), and production issues.
Manage Workday releases and tenant configurations.
Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.
