Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the Hull & Outfitting Sectionto ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, work plans and performancerequirements.
- Carry out structural analysis of hull and structures.
- Responsible for the design of all tertiary steel structuresincluding accessway, platforms, structure for material and equipment handling,vessel mooring system etc.
- Prepare bill of material, review and selection of materials.
- Coordinate / executive contract specification requirements and production inputs into engineering drawing / document.
- Provide progress reporting and schedule management of engineering deliverables.
- Perform site visits to solve engineering problems when required to determine existing conditions or verify new construction.
