Your responsibilities will encompass the recruitment lifecycle from posting job vacancies to candidate sourcing via LinkedIn. You will coordinate interviews and support the positive candidate experience that HUB values. Our Burnaby and Vancouver offices are conveniently located and accessible, making it easy to work where you're most comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes
• Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers
• Screen applications and conduct phone interviews
• Help schedule interviews and maintain candidate records
• Support the Employee Referral Program administration
