Responsibilities
- Ensure strict implementation of company regulations and operational procedures within the hub.
- Guide employees to understand and comply with all regulations and procedures.
- Implement effective and data-driven solutions to reduce the rate of remaining or undelivered parcels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employee needs and help boost staff morale.
- Supervise and monitor the performance and daily tasks of hub staff.
- Organize employee learning and training programs, including post-training application checks.
- Assist in preparing shift schedules, and manage employee attendance and data summaries.
- Oversee onsite safety management to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess operational gaps and recommend improvements.
