Hub S&OP Area Manager (Monterrey)

Position Overview

As S&OP; Manager within the regional NSA Planning Hub team you will be responsible for the overall S&OP; function and end-to-end Planning operations across a cluster of Operating Companies (OpCos) in the Americas Region.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Hub Planning Leads responsible for Demand, Replenishment & Distribution, Production (Brewing & Packaging), and Finished Goods Imports Planning.
• Serve as a critical bridge between OpCo operational planning and the Regional S&OP; process - ensuring risks, decisions, and escalations are properly integrated at the Regional level.
• Co-accountable for Supply Chain Fixed Expenses, Stock Working Capital, and Write-Off performance across the cluster, and define and sign off on annual S&OP; KPI targets for all OpCos.
