A leading national parcel and logistics organization is seeking a Hub Manager, Operations to lead a high-volume, fast-paced, unionized hub environment in Etobicoke. This is a critical operations leadership role responsible for driving safety, service, accountability, and team performance in a major network facility handling a substantial share of daily volume. Due to the nature of the business, core work hours for this role will be afternoons and evenings.
The successful candidate will bring strong frontline operations leadership, a disciplined safety mindset, and the ability to lead a large team in a demanding, time-sensitive environment. This role requires a leader who can balance operational toughness with engagement, culture, and coaching.
