HSQE Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSQE policies and procedures across all operations
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance to staff on HSQE best practices and compliance requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and standards affecting the industry
• Collaborate with management and operational teams to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Prepare and submit HSQE reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSQE Manager or in a similar health, safety, quality, or environmental role
