Job Description
Black & Grey HR is seeking an HSE Team Leader to join the client's offshore project delivery team on a permanent basis. The role will lead the HSE function across assigned offshore operations, vessel activities, project sites, and shore-based facilities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, UAE regulations, and company HSE management systems. It will drive a proactive safety culture, provide HSE leadership to operational teams, and ensure effective implementation of safety standards across all project activities.
