Responsibilities
- Subcontractor Management including reviewing the pre-qualifications of subcontractors and submit them to the client, e. g. certificates of personnel, third party inspection of equipment, work permit, medical examination, etc.;
- Supervision of site activities and tracking the close-out status of HSE observations;
- Coordinate with HSE relevant trainings;
- Engaged in Emergency Response Management, especially, in coordination with site medical team;
- Participate incident investigation and work on incident investigation report & corrective actions;
- Promote HSE incentives and disciplinary actions and disseminate HSE campaigns.
- Collect and submit HSE data to client as required periodically.
- Knowledge of Uzbekistan's HSE laws, regulations, and standards will be considered a plus.
