Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Health Safety and Environmental HSE policies across interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and client safety requirements.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation: inspection reports, incident reports, and risk assessments.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for site personnel.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor proper use of PPE and ensure compliance with safe work practices.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.
