• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and policies across projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and international safety standards.
• Report unsafe acts, conditions, and incidents, and stop unsafe work in immediate danger.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to enforce HSE standards.
• Provide daily and weekly installation plans, and progress feedback to delivery teams.

• Solid background in heavy fabrication and servicing industries.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HSE roles within construction or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.
