Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements Offshore HSE Plans and relevant Plans/ Procedures as per client requirements
- Develops and implements Site Emergency Response Plans (Offshore) for the project
- Coordinates HSE matters effectively with Company and Client operations team
- Develops and implements various training programs applicable for onshore, Transportation and offshore phase
- Implements all project HSE requirements at worksites as per clients and offshore HSE requirements
- Monitors HSE effectiveness at various project phases and advise operational team for any non-compliance or non-conformity
- Coordinates with various stakeholders (Transportation and Installation team, subcontractors etc.) on HSE requirements in various phases
- Initiates HSE Programs for continual HSE improvement
- Participates in all required HSE meetings and prepare and record all meeting minutes for the project
