Position Summary
The HSE Manager is responsible for fostering a Zero & Beyond safety culture by leading the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives in collaboration with facility management. The primary goal is to ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the company’s strategic objectives. In this role, the HSE Manager works closely with the Director of Health, Safety, and Environment, developing corporate safety and health programs and objectives including coordinating safety training programs, developing risk reduction plans to reduce workplace injuries, driving a behavior-based safety culture, and providing technical support to ensure compliance with all regulations. Success depends on strong collaboration with corporate functions, facility management, and external organizations.
