To lead the management of HSE function in JC Mexico Machining Center and support other sites in Mexico as assigned**Duties & Responsibilities**- Support assigned site(s) in planning and execution of Safety Leading Indicator program activities- Prepare annual HSE training plan and assign the trainings in LMS and provide progress review reports to the Site Manager.
- Develop safety audit checklists and collaborate with area managers and supervisors to conduct the audits.
- Support sites in planning and conducting the HSE drills as applicable.
- Support sites in implementation of John Crane / Smiths standards and perform gap assessments.
- Perform HSE data validation checks and help sites to identify environmental improvement projects in line with John Crane / Smiths KPIs- Train area managers and supervisors on risk assessment process and support them to lead in development of risk assessments their activities.
