HSE Coordinator – Richmond, BC
The HSE Coordinator will work to ensure compliance with Bird Construction Health, Safety and Environment Management Program, Occupational Health and Safety legislation, and client site‑specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support site supervision with implementation and management of the Bird Safety Program.
- Collaboratively work with site leadership to develop and facilitate an overall proactive safety culture on the work site.
- Act as a resource to field personnel to provide coaching, mentoring, and advice on all HSE related matters.
- Ensure that hazards associated with the work site are identified, documented, and controlled.
- Ensure all incidents on the worksite are reported, investigated, and documented in accordance with Bird Construction and client requirements, and corrective action plans are implemented.
