Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing port HSE data (incidents near-misses KPIs).
- Support risk assessments using HIRA JSA Bowtie HAZOP .
- Help improve safety workflows including Permit-to-Work (PTW) for hot work confined spaces and electrical tasks.
- Work with terminal teams to understand operational processes.
- Support Power BI dashboards and reporting for HSE metrics.
- Prepare documentation for ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 audits .
- Assist in optimising HSE processes in terminals.
- Learn to convert operational and safety data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of HSE standards for ports (ISPS ISM OSHA IMO).
- Understanding of terminal operations and cargo-handling workflows.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methods (HIRA JSA Bowtie HAZOP).
- Basic experience analysing HSE or operational data.
