Ensure training matrix is up to date, create a monthly training schedule, and support/guide supervisors on providing the training
Assist with incident reporting and investigations
Update employee STOP card and Field Level Risk Assessment inputs and compliance
Review HSE related KPI's in order to target areas of improvement
Support HSE monthly audits and inspections
Liaise with plant staff on health, safety and environmental issues
Participate in monthly HSE Leads call to ensure the sites are informed of any changes required by Corporate HSE
Oversee contractors and activities during on-site projects to ensure compliance with OH&S Act and Regulations in addition to all H&S site requirements
Complete daily Work Permits as required
Meet and update with Senior HSE Specialist onsite
