HS Accounts Receivable Specialist (Billing Analyst

Description

The HS Billing Analyst is responsible for billing Hospitality Solutions Hotels and additional Hospitality portfolio products and services. Responsibilities include new account creation/termination, contract set up & management, charges creation and termination, ad-hoc reporting, research and billing validation, pricing updates and credit processing. Interaction with external customers, answering -through email and phone- billing inquiries from customers throughout the world, as well as with internal customers, coordinating with various teams (Finance, Account Management, Collections, Implementations, etc.) for issue resolution.

As a Billing Analyst, you will work from CRM (SalesForce system) using SAP, SynXis, etc., to manage the billing of already implemented accounts and analyze that charges are correct according to signed documents and contracts.
