QIC UAE is seeking a highly skilled Lead to manage the HRMS development and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Java, Flutter, and Microservices Architecture, overseeing the integration of HRMS solutions to meet evolving HR needs.

You will lead the HRMS team, ensuring compliance with security standards and mentoring team members. A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or IT is required, alongside 7+ years of HRMS development experience.
